Your dream life is what makes you cry

“When I did this exercise, it took me about 25 minutes, and I reached my final answer [after writing down] 106 [ideas].”  — Steve Pavlina

This exercise will help you quickly find thyself, so you may begin to be thyself. It uses brain dumping to identify the dream life you envisioned as a child. Simply:

  1. Get out a pad of paper
  2. Write “My dream life is…” at the top
  3. Now write down any idea that comes to mind; repeat
  4. When you write an idea that makes you cry, gives you goosebumps, and sends a chill down your spine, stop
  5. This is your dream life; follow it.

Most people list out 50-500 ideas before finding “the one.” In the case that satisfactory results are not obtained, this exercise may be repeated.
