Meditate daily

Meditation is housecleaning for the mind. You already clean your body, clean your teeth, and clean your dishes every day. Your mind is no different; it must also be cleaned regularly.

This is how to meditate:

  3. Close your eyes
  4. Think about nothing.
  5. Breathe.
