Be grateful

Be grateful on Thanksgiving — but also be grateful the other 364 days of the year. Gratitude begets a positive mindset, while resent breeds negativity.

No matter how little you have, there is always a lot for which to be grateful. Celebrate these things, maybe by writing them down or taking some photos. And, if you wish to, make a habit every day to be grateful for the things you take for granted.
